Further Comments

- A nearby tree casts a shadow on the station at certain times of the year.
  It's clearly shown in the red curve on this otherwise sunny day.  
  The black curve shows the solar insolation at another station in our
  network.
- The figure at the bottom of this page shows solar intensity as a function 
  of time.  Each column in the plot represents one day.  The number of days 
  since installation are shown along the horizontal axis.  The switch to 
  daylight savings time and back again is obvious.
